Terms of service

A clear foundation for working together.

These terms describe the practical agreement between Lustra and merchants who use our Shopify storefront tools.

Last updated · August 28, 2026

The service

Lustra provides configurable Shopify theme app blocks and storefront tools. Merchants remain responsible for their storefront content, product information, policies, and legal compliance obligations.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, recurring charges, and invoices are administered through Shopify App Pricing and appear on the merchant’s Shopify invoice.

Storefront changes

Merchants control which Lustra blocks are added, configured, saved, and published. We recommend previewing all changes on desktop and mobile before publishing a theme.

Your theme remains yours

Lustra is delivered through Shopify’s app extension framework and does not require us to take ownership of your theme, catalog, creative assets, or brand content.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update components to maintain compatibility, security, performance, and platform requirements.

Termination

Merchants can cancel their plan or uninstall the app through Shopify. Paid features are disabled when no qualifying active subscription remains.
