Information we process
Lustra stores the merchant shop domain, Shopify OAuth session data, subscription status, selected plan handle, and onboarding status. We use this information only to authenticate the app, provide paid features, and support merchant setup.
Customer data
Lustra does not request or store customer profiles, orders, payment card data, or customer account credentials. Recently viewed products are stored only in the visitor’s browser local storage.
Subscriptions and app charges are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Lustra does not receive or retain merchant payment card details.
Service providers
Shopify processes installation, billing, and storefront extension delivery. Our hosting and database providers process app session data on our behalf under their respective data protection terms.
Retention and deletion
Installation data is deleted when Shopify sends an uninstall or shop redaction request. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
You can uninstall Lustra at any time through Shopify. For a copy, correction, or deletion request, email support@gitvim.com.
